ISPI, the International Society for Performance Improvement, is the leading international association dedicated to improving productivity and performance in the workplace. Founded in 1962, ISPI represents over 10,000 members throughout the United States, Canada, and more than 30 other countries.
Our chapter is one of over forty regional chapters providing professional development, information exchange, and other services to its members and the organizations they serve.
MNISPI members include performance technologists, training directors, human resource managers, instructional designers, trainers, human factors practitioners, organizational development consultants, academic faculty, and students of universities, business colleges, and technical colleges. They are strategy-oriented, quality-focused, and results-centered.
